MEPCO New Connection Procedure

1: Application Form

  • Visit MEPCO Website
  • Click on New Connection tab
  • Download the Application Form

2: Form Fill Up

  • Provide required information
  • Applicant details
  • Premises details
  • Load details

3:Document Attachment

  • Attach attested copies of required documents:
  • CNIC copy
  • Property ownership proof
  • Load calculation certificate 

4: Demand Note and Submission

  • Apply for demand note fee specified by MEPCO
  • Attach demand note copy with the application form
  • Submit the filled form and attached documents to MEPCO customer services center.

5:Verification

  • MEPCO team visit premises for verification
  • Verification will be followed by new connection process

6: Connection Installation and Billing

  • MEPCO team will install new connection
  • Meter reading and testing will done after connection installation
  • Regular billing will start after new connection

  • Click on” Complaint Tracking”
  • Enter your Reference Number
  • Submit and check
